Cassandra Webb is a New York City paramedic who starts to show signs of clairvoyance. Forced to confront revelations about her past, she must protect three young women from a mysterious adversary who wants them dead.

Review

Versha (Guest) – I watched this movie knowing nothing about the comic book character. My expectation was to see Cassie Webb transform to Madame Web with interesting spider qualities and I also expected to see much more action in the movie but was disappointed.

After an accident Madame Web starts noticing the changes within her and uses her abilities to help 3 young teenagers. She eventually discovers what happened to her and with her newfound sixth sense the story reveals that the future for Madame Web and the 3 young teenagers will be very different from their ordinary lives.

The acting performance of the main characters were mediocre and some of the dialogue was lame. This together with the story that lacked some charm and excitement made it a disappointment for me.

The movie is not that good but it is not terrible, I watched it until the end and kind of a preview of what is to come however I didn’t leave the movie feeling excited to see what the future holds for Madame Web. 4/10
