Need for Speed Heat had me a little worried when it first came out, mainly because I was still feeling a little burned after the “meh” fest that was Payback. Heat is a nice surprise though and honestly feels like a return to form as it focuses on street racing and the modding that comes along with it. The story is practically a cheese fest, but let’s not mistake that racing is what we’re here for and that a cheesy story isn’t going to stop us from doing that.
